Joseph “V” Villano has a degree in Sports Medicine from the University of Arizona and has worked professionally as a Certified Personal Trainer/Strength Coach for over 12 years. He is committed to staying on top of the latest research in exercise science and utilizes these proven techniques into his workouts. Joseph’s training philosophy is based on building the body from the inside-out by following the progression protocol of Stabilization, Strength and Power.
His specializations include: High Performance sports conditioning, Sports specific functional training, core strengthening, correcting muscle imbalances that inhibit proper movement patterns and pre/post rehab exercise coaching. Joseph has trained numerous athletes of all ages and experience levels to successfully achieve their personal goals using positive motivation, knowledge and focusing on the details.
